Was told that I would get a text when the room was available, waiting 2 hours with no communication. Finally went inside and the girl said that they were too busy to let us know room was available. lol no thanks!

Lovely location, but lack of...

Liked: Location was key and the property and grounds were welcoming and well maintained. The staff at the bar Crafted were very nice and converstaional.
Disliked: There was a light burned out in the bathroom, only two bath towels in bathroom and no extra toilet paper. We asked for extra t.p. and towel, but were only given the t.p. We were not told about the construction upon checking in and had to go outside in order to get to the restaurant inside.

Liked: I liked the cleanliness and location distance from the conference I was at
Disliked: Cops showed up (about 12 cop cars) at 5am, a woman screaming on our floor at the top of her lungs for hours. Cops were crawling at the hotel. Not to mention the night before we ordered room service from crafted, the employee who answered the phone for the restaurant put me on hold 4 or 5 times to ask questions about the menu. Then she forgot part of our order after I even tipped her. I called back down 7 times to get hung up on before I even got to mention the issue.

Liked: The staff was top notch, they made our stay worry free and they saved us money in meals and services. Great location, and facilities had all you could want.
Disliked: There was renovation going on throughout the building, but they respected us and were helpful. Our room was one that was remodeled, very beautiful and relaxing.
