The people at the hotel were pleasant and accommodating. Just wish the top bunk was more secure and had a barrier or rail.

Liked: Convenient location especially for foodies (Katz and Russ&Daughters literally in 50 m radius), not so touristy part of the city so it feels more genuine. Rooms are smaller but comfy, similar size to standard European rooms. Very helpful staff, common kitchen, and the rooftop terrace is great, with beautiful views of Manhattan. Would book again.
