Liked: Good value hotel in downtown Toronto - lively area with lots of places nearby to eat. Charming hotel
Disliked: Complimentary tea/ coffee etc only available from 9.30am and no facility to make own hot drinks in the hotel

Liked: Our stay was great value for money. The room was quiet and comfortable, although there was no view. The staff were very helpful and informative.
Disliked: The need to ascend steep stairs and the room was rather small (but OK for a single night, as we had booked).

Very simple but cozy

Liked: Quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing. Very close to downtown Toronto.
Disliked: the stairs are quite small to carry large suitcases (keep this in mind if you are travelling with a suitcase). It's difficult to coordinate with others to use the shower.

Liked: Great location, check-in staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Street outside was a little noisy but that's to be expected when you're right in the centre of downtown. I expected it and it didn't bother me, but more fussy people would probably complain.
