Comfortable location in the heart...

Liked: It is a beautiful hotel which is luxuriously decorated with attention to detail. The room was very comfortable and inviting.
Disliked: The housekeeper entered towards the end of my stay which made me feel like they were rushing to get me to leave.

Fabulous hotel, great location, great...

Liked: I’ve stayed here several times and love the location, the vibe, the food, the service. The room is gorgeous and comfortable.
Disliked: In the last few months since Helene, they’ve had to reduce services: the rooftop bar isn’t open, the pastries in the coffee shop have been reduced from a local shop, the massage and yoga advertised is outsourced and not in house, the concierge desk is non responsive when emailed to ask questions. Disappointing for a place this price.

Stay at the Restoration Hotel...

Liked: Loved the large, well appointed rooms. Beautiful view of downtown Asheville square. The location was great, many wonderful nearby restaurants and stores. We would definitely stay there again and recommended The Restoration inAsheville and Charleston to friends and family.
Disliked: If the rooftop bar was open but understand due to the Hurricane a few areas of the hotel were temporarily closed.

Disliked: Bed was hard as a brick.

Beautiful full service hotel with...

Liked: The hotel is fabulous and absolutely gorgeous! Loved the room decor, the size of the rooms. They had a fabulous coffee bar with great coffee and tea and fresh pastries. The restaurant and bar with its open garage doors to the patio and the street was a fabulous and fun atmosphere. Excellent food and bar! The amenities of the property are also great options, the sound bath, the in room massage. And the location is perfect - right in the middle of town near all the shops and restaurants. This is probably one of the most perfect hotels I’ve ever stayed in.

Great Find!!! Perfect location- Charming...

Liked: The staff is exceptionally friendly and courteous. They were very accommodating with letting us leave our luggage at the front desk while we toured the city, allowed us to keep our car in valet as long as we wanted on the day we left...AND offered a convenient little service with their valet/greeters of driving you anywhere you want in the city for just tips... no fee. WOW! Who does that? The rooftop bar was our destination for evening libations. The bartenders were friendly and funny! We closed the bar. This place is clean, charming and in an excellent location. I highly recommend!
Disliked: Can't think of a negative thing to say.
