Overall lovely break

Liked: Staff lovely and very friendly throughout the hotel. Great location to explore. Had a meal in the vault restaurant which was amazing.
Disliked: The heat in the rooms was excessive. I'm a cold person but even i was hot. We opened the windows at night even though it was February.

Liked: Nice hotel, nice staff - we had a room with a nice view, good location in the centre
Disliked: No hotel car park - so an extra £10 per day to park nearby, the choice of cooked breakfast was ok but the rest was poor - no pastries, very basic cereals - all sugary, no nuts, dried fruit etc, only old fashioned coffee - no cappuccino etc

Brilliant hotel with great views...

Liked: The room is very clean and nicely decorated with a huge bed and great views of the abbey. Breakfast was lovely and staff are very welcoming.
Disliked: The bath was very small it's not even a standard single size in my opinion couldn't have a nice relax. Disappointed as the photos made it look large enough for two.The toilet flush was extremely loud and sounded broken.

Liked: Good breakfast and location.Evening meal excellent.
Disliked: Bathroom freezing cold because radiator was not working. To be fair, we didn't ask for help, so maybe it could have been resolved.
