Liked: Location, clean, lovely room
Disliked: Room was a little small but that was the only thing

Liked: Location is excellent, 10 minutes walk from Victoria station and lots of restaurants, cafes and shops nearby.
Disliked: The room was a good size and had good facilities, however the pillows were not ideal - they were a bit hard and all the same. Maybe would have been nice to have some softer pillows too.

Liked: Amazing location. Beautiful accommodation with comfy beds, a little kitchenette (which was a lovely surprise having two children with us)

Liked: the room was way more fancy then i needed just for one night but i'm sure would have been great for a longer stay.
Disliked: they had a giant tv but i couldn't get ondemand or streaming servies on it so i couldn't see the point.

Superb

Liked: Location was perfect. We were only in London for a long weekend so wanted to be in the city centre and couldn't have picked a better location. The staff was super friendly and very attentive - we were also able to check in early which was appreciated. Great value as well.
Disliked: There wasn't anything negative to say.
