Liked: Very friendly staff and location was great. Very near to tube station and plenty of restaurants and bars. Would have liked a few different options for pillows as quite soft and I like a more firm pillow. But would stay again.

Liked: excellent location, staff were great and very pleasant and helpful. would definitely stay here again. bonus having a small kitchen in the room also.
Disliked: only one small detail, would have been nice to have some hotel slippers provided.
