Fantastic start to a UK...

Liked: Great location, very comfortable, lovely staff, happy hour drinks provided by hotel each evening where you met and chatted with other guests. Lovely atmosphere. Highly recommend. Very close to Elizabeth line on underground from airport - 3 minutes walk.

AMAZING!

Liked: Everything was fantastic! Absolutely lovely staff that were always so welcoming and helpful! The rooms were lovely, modern and very clean. Great location - within walking distance of many attractions! Would highly recommend this hotel! After a long flight from Australia it was the best welcome to London! Would definitely stay here again!
Disliked: Nothing - everything was amazing!

Brilliant!

Liked: Staff were so friendly and efficient. Complimentary wine was brilliant. Room 4 size was great.
Disliked: Nothing really to fault but bathroom tile grout could be cleaner.
