Liked: The staff were lovely
Disliked: The room really needed redecoration. The silicon round the bath was terrible and the grouting in-between the tiles was falling apart. The carpet was old and stained. The mattress was old and dipped in the middle and the bath panel was falling off the side of the bath tub.

Fantastic place to stay, awesome...

Liked: I was well looked after by the friendly staff. I had a single room, it was very comfortable. It had a small kitchenette with a coffee maker and a microwave, plate, cups, cutlery for one. I loved it here and would definitely stay here if ever I'm back .
Disliked: I didn't expect my room to be cleaned after 1 night (i only booked for 2) ,and the towels replaced and I had my suitcase open on the bed. I'm not complaining my room was tidied, but if i had of known someone was going to be coming in, I would have had my suitcase closed, so that all my stuff wasn't exposed.

Disliked: Very noisy. You can hear everyone in the hotel moving around.

Very nice and reasonably quiet...

Liked: Good size room. I booked the King Double. The location is good, close to Earl’s Court tube station. Nice staff members. Gemma at reception was great, helpful and professional! Clean bedroom and bathroom!
Disliked: The hotel window was quite small and I was looking at a wall. Also, I had asked for a room on the top floor, but that was not available.So ….I heard people above me now and then…..

Would definitely here again

Liked: Proximity to rail transport, beautiful property, very clean and the team/staff were very helpful
Disliked: The two single beds in the room were uncomfortable, in hindsight we should have booked two rooms
