Great hotel and staff

Liked: Great hotel and staff walkable to the train. Had a quick and short layover with very little time ti spend in hotel but would definitely recommend for future stays

Adequate accommodation for London.

Liked: The place was nice. The room was small but well organized. The bed was too small for two people. The double was very narrow. We liked the location. Close to the tube station and lovely bakery.

Liked: We stayed at The Resident Kensington for 2 nights for my husband's birthday. We really enjoyed our stay. The room was nice and spacious, there was tea and coffee available, the bed was comfortable. I mentioned our special occasion when booking the hotel, and the reception team left a cute gift and a card on the bed - it was such a lovely touch. The bathroom was ok, the shower was small and a little bit uncomfortable to use, but ok overall. It's a really nice area of London with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby.

Liked: Staff were very polite and helpful, room slightly smaller than I was expecting but was perfectly nice. Handy for tube station.

Liked: Great convenient location, decent price, friendly staff, comfortable room, but the air felt a little dusty in the room, although it was definitely clean in the room. I would definitely return, but request a different room maybe upstairs.
