Liked: Check in staff very welcoming, chatty and helpful. Felt like a valued new customer.Had asked regarding luggage storage facilities on making the booking, as we were going to be out and about celebrating a special birthday over two days and on entering the room, we found balloons, a card and a complimentary bottle of wine which was totally unexpected and such a wonderful touch.

Excellent - highly recommended.

Liked: Super clean hotel, great location, friendly staff.
Disliked: Only real downside is no breakfast provision - but, to be fair, that was clear at time of booking.

Liked: The property is in a excellent position. The staff are very friendly and will do anything for you. The rooms are amazing perfect space and very comfortable.
Disliked: I can say nothing I loved the property.
