Liked: Best location you can get, directly above the Gondola and you have a special line so you skip the crowds. The property is clean and super comfortable

Best place to stay in...
Liked: Beautiful property; super spacious and very clean. Everything on-site to contribute to a fabulous experience. Staff were outstanding. The family had a wonderful time and definitely want to come back at our next Tahoe vacation.

Misleading information about villa
Liked: The property lies in the middle of the forest and next to the cable gondolas
Disliked: The booking said it’s a three bed rooms villa and the receptionist confirmed it when I checked in but it turned out to be a 3 bed rooms apartment! What a surprise!

Great property and location, but...
Liked: The villa was so modern, clean and roomy! Definitely more than we expected. We loved everything about it and although we were during off season, we could imagine how magical it is during peak season.
Disliked: There are multiple properties at the resort so it’s a bit confusing figuring out where you’re actually staying. When we found our building, no one was at the front desk to let us in. There was a number posted on the door. I called and the person who answered told me that the front desk staff leaves at 3:30pm. Check in is at 4:00pm. How does that make sense? We were directed to walk across the other side of the village to check in at another property. It’s not the most efficient experience.
