Relaxing one-night stay at a...

Liked: We had a corner room on the second floor. Perfectly quiet, large bathroom, beautiful aspen trees outside the windows, and the fireplace and kitchenette were a nice touch.
Disliked: Even a small continental breakfast option would have been nice. Also the vending machine ate my money, but that's a third party vendor.

Never again.

Liked: This hotel wouldn't even return my calls. The autoanswer system would also reject or bounce back my attempts to contact. Also they wouldn’t assist me in adjusting my reservations. So I chose another hotel. Suggest all customers do the same. Look elsewhere customer service was nil.
