Everything else was absolutely great!

Liked: Loved the staff and location
Disliked: The fact that people were parking in front of the handicap ramp to access the facility. I have a disabled daughter and made it very! VERY! difficult to get her on the side walk. Might not come back due to that.

Liked: The room was phonemenal and comfortable and the staff were friendly and very kind to us. It was all together an excellent stay.
Disliked: It seems that the pool and hot tub were down during our stay which was a little disappointing, and we didn't know what to do with our trash at the end of the stay (if we should just leave it or if there was a disposal system) so some in room instructions for that sort of thing would be nice.

Liked: We only had a two night stay but the suites were good size and had all the conveniences for a longer stay. It was clean, comfortable beds and a great friendly staff. The real gem was the Azalea restaurant. Excellent chef, wonderful bartenders/waitstaff. They need to market this more as the food was amazing. They serve breakfast only on week-ends but dinner every night.Hotel location is close to the Biltmore and not far from downtown Asheville. We were a group of four and definitely would stay there again.
