Disliked: Location was bad , attitude of the staff was extremely rude , especially the restaurant ( I can hardly say it was a restaurant) they were extremely rude , the hotel is dirty, AC was not working properly, cleaning of the room was very poor , they didn’t even bother themselves to refill coffee and tea or even to clean the cups , I don’t know how it was classified as 4 stars hotel , Booking should remove it from choice list

Liked: The hotel upgraded us for my birthday! Everything from the service, particularly by Ali, to the rooms, were amazing ! Price is reasonable too so I couldnt recommend enough. Only thing I will say is to stay within the hotels area and not wonder off too far as it is not the best neighbourhood.
