Not a four star experience

Liked: The staff was nice, the bed comfortable and the rooms clean.
Disliked: This hotel should have three stars, not four. The windows are leaky and therefore don't block out the cold or the noise from the street. The doors to the rooms are thin and barely insulated, so you can hear other guests in the hallway in the night. In the first room we got, the AC was rattling quite loudly (you could hear it in the whole room). Technician couldn't fix it. We got another room beside the "gym" and we could hear the treadmill squeaking when someone was using it. Seems like the device hasn't seen any maintenance in years. Also, the USB charging stations directly by the bed produce a constant coil whine. Sad, honestly, because the hotel has a nice concept.

Liked: Nice rooms, large compared to others on Paris. Great location for our needs. Facilities are nice enough and modern.
Disliked: We had housekeeping coming into the room but the bed wasnt changed or even fixed in any of the three nights we stayed - bizzare for a 4stars hotel. To be honest, we didnt bother alerting anyone at the reception - but for the cleaning person to enter the room, change the towel but not fix the linen or strech the blanket, is quite enough.
