Disliked: Bad management! Poor sound insulation Bad breakfast The bed linen is old with such bad qualityI asked for a quiet room they gave me one opposite of housekeepers room and they come and go all the time - including late in the night - the door is so loud! Terrible!

Comfortable hotel in good location

Liked: Fantastic location for museums and the Albert Hall. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable. Also liked the fact that the spa next door was accessible from indoors. The breakfast was excellent with a wide range of options.
Disliked: It was a shame that access to the pool was not included in the cost.
