Liked: The room was ok. Bed was very uncomfortable. For a standard double room and breakfast, premier inn has nicer more comfortable rooms. The hotel itself and the staff were very nice and attentive.

Liked: A real English hotel in the good sense. Very agreable to live in. Comfortable bed, well stuffed breakfast in a light room with ample space. Splendid location, near to great musea and Imperial College.

Comfortable hotel in a great...

Liked: Great location, close to tube and museums. Comfy room, friendly staff, decent breakfast.
Disliked: Hadn’t realised you had to pay £15 to access the pool and could only swim at certain times. Had originally booked partly because of it having a pool, so that was a shame.

Perfectly fine for

Liked: The location opposite the Victoria and Albert Museum, and just a couple of minutes walk from South Kensington tube station was great. Breakfast was fine, in a lovely and grand setting. The hotel room was an average size for London, staff were helpful. Good communication prior to check-in. Decor of the room was 3-4*, could do with some modernising. I booked this hotel because it said guests have use of the swimming pool etc, but was an extra £15 to use, and during the day there are swimming lessons going on.
