A good value place to...

Liked: The staff were very good and attentive.
Disliked: The room was comfortable but a little small. There again, I was travelling on my own and only used the room to sleep in.

Great value for money, good...

Liked: Very clean, everything you needed for your stay. Staff were very good, breakfast was generous and excellent quality
Disliked: Not much really, my only point would be that our bathroom towel rail wall heater was pretty ‘lazy’ so the toilet was quite cold - but we ran the shower on hot for a few minutes which warmed the room up

Liked: Comfortable bed and warm room ( once the heating came on, which was on a timer )Good breakfast
Disliked: Bizarre check in by a charming young man who seemed so busy that it made the whole experience a bit stressful.We were on the top floor without a lift so quite a hike up with the luggage. No offer of help forthcoming.

Liked: The host was very attentive, welcoming and accommodating. The room was clean, comfortable and equipped with lovely toiletries. The breakfast was very good and cake upon arrival was a welcome treat after a long journey. Thank you.

Excellent for

Liked: Very friendly service and extremely cosy room with both bath and shower option..I will return..I was tempted to ask if I could leave my heavy bag with them for a few hours so I could walk round.Maybe add an at your own risk option to do that but I've really got zero complaints.....

Liked: Great location - very comfortable stay. The staff member we dealt with was courteous and kind. Breakfast was excellent quality and served in a airy, spacious room. Bed was comfortable with a minimum of street noise.
