Liked: Incredibly positive experience at the Refinery Hotel in NYC. The room was great and well stocked. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. Could not have asked for more. Also had a fantastic meal at their onsite restaurant, Parker and Quinn.

Liked: Great location near Bryant Park and short walk from Grand Central.Room was very comfortable and nicely decorated. Plenty of room and lovely, good-sized bathroom.We did not eat breakfast there, but Parker and Quinn’s menu looked very good.
Disliked: I wish there was coffee served in the lobby in the morning. It was easy enough to go across the street to a coffee shop, but it’s a nicer touch and more convenient to take the elevator downstairs and have grab and go coffee available.
