Incredible view with an excellent...

Liked: Loved the upgrade we got to an apartment. Staff was excellent and so was the hotel. Would stay there again.

Liked: We had a wonderful 3 days in Queenstown. The hotel room was very comfortable, and the room service was prompt. The shuttle driver was warm and friendly, leaving us with a great impression of Queenstown. We will definitely visit again.

It’s a lovely hotel, however...

Liked: It’s lovely views
Disliked: I think it can’t really handle the amount of rooms it has. It’s very obvious that some customers are preferred o we others.
