Liked: We had ground floor room with patio area looking onto the pool & garden. Pool was amazing after a long drive, very warm & clean. Room was a good size with adequate kitchen area. Bed was very comfortable, had two bathrooms. There’s a guest use of laundry ( washer & dryer) if required

Excellent room pity about the...

Liked: Being near the lake was amazing. The sliding doors and balcony was lovely. The bed was excellent and plenty of comfy pillows. The storage was fantastic with plenty of coat hangers. Didn’t have time for a spa bath but shower pressure was excellent. The kitchen area looked good and overall atmosphere of the apartment felt great.
Disliked: Car park couldn’t be used as was too narrow. We didn’t want our vehicle damaged so needed to park on a busy main road. Door was difficult to open and slammed shut. A better brand of coffee and more sachets as well as a herbal tea would have been nice.

Disappointing for the price

Disliked: Studio had no outdoor space or opening window. Looked over the road and wasn't like any of the photos.Parking very tight. Location was a long way out of town with no restaurants nearby. Very expensive for what it was.

Liked: A great lake front location and only a 5 minute trip into the centre of Taupo. It was a direct access to the walkway around the lake.
Disliked: Nothing.
