Liked: Nice big clean room.nice big outside heated area for drinks.
Disliked: The breakfast was very poor quality ingredients and everything over cooked except the beans.The manager informed us that we hadn't paid for our room,so I showed him our booked which showed it was paid in full,but he still wasn't happy,so we had to show him our bank statement showing payment,still didn't look happy or apologise all this in front of other guests eating breakfast.we didn't eat any other food there,so can't say what there other food is like.

Liked: Location. Large room and bathroom.
Disliked: Bed for my son was not made when we arrived. This was rectified by member of bar staff but the bed sheets were badly made up/fitted. Continental breakfast on Christmas morning was an orange and a croissant and pain au chocolate in a brown paper bag. A huge disappointment, could have made a much bigger effort with this. Paying a nom daily rate for this was a rip off.Shower flooded bathroom. Had to spend 10 mins mopping up water with our towels on Christmas morning. No one around to help or contact to get fresh towels early morning.Curtains not hung on rail, customer refitted. No room service on Christmas Day to clear ‘continental breakfast’ away.Cold tap on bath needs looking at. Difficult to turn off and stop dripping.

Liked: Lovely large clean rooms with a massive en-suite breakfast was amazing and varied and large portions and we also booked for the Sunday roast which was the best I’ve had in awhile

Liked: Good comfortable rooms and very friendly staff.
Disliked: The bedrooms were not made up / cleaned if you were staying multiple nights. Room 3:Loo is not properly secured to the floorShower leaks water out of the front meaning large puddle when you get out. Breakfast needs to start earlier. 8am is too late.

Disliked: Shower door was catching on shower head & wouldn’t open properly- a larger person wouldn’t have been able to get in at all (I struggled)Reported this to staff in the morning.
