Liked: customer service good at registery and guys at valet
Disliked: The bathtub in the room was very slippery and felt dangerous - we think a no slip mat would have helped. We could not take a shower.

At $145/per night, breakfast and parking should be included.

Liked: Beautiful hotel. Excellent, pretty location. Extra plus for the Starbucks in the lobby area!
Disliked: No complimentary breakfast which is normally served as part of your stay at other hotels. Valet to park at the hotel was $15 per night extra. Never heard of that.

Liked: Great; friendly staff always! We loved staying at the Read House.

Disliked: Room service wasn’t very helpful. Ice machine was broken,and we asked for water bottles to be delivered to our room. It took 45 minutes to get it.

Saw Gatlinburg. Bear outside restaurant...

Liked: The hotel was beautiful. They kept the historic elements of the original hotel but added modern elements for style and comfort. The location was great. There were quite a few great restaurants walkable from the hotel.
Disliked: The only thing that we didn’t like was our only options for breakfast was Starbucks attached to the hotel or room service. I was surprised there wasn’t breakfast available at such a beautiful hotel.
