Liked: customer service good at registery and guys at valet
Disliked: The bathtub in the room was very slippery and felt dangerous - we think a no slip mat would have helped. We could not take a shower.

At $145/per night, breakfast and parking should be included.

Liked: Beautiful hotel. Excellent, pretty location. Extra plus for the Starbucks in the lobby area!
Disliked: No complimentary breakfast which is normally served as part of your stay at other hotels. Valet to park at the hotel was $15 per night extra. Never heard of that.

Liked: Great; friendly staff always! We loved staying at the Read House.

Disliked: I did not like having to check my invoice upon checking out to find a 28.00 charge for valet parking. I did not use your valet service. And was asked upon checking in. Once I asked her about the charge she did remove the charge but never said another word to me as if I was the issue. Didn't feel good about the interaction as her attitude was I was the issue. Not sure how you include a charge without confirming the service

Nice hotel with few perks

Liked: The lobby is pretty. Glad there’s a gym. The bed is comfortable. The front desk is helpful and pleasant.
Disliked: No hot tub. No bath tub. No toiletries such as cotton balls, Q tips, etc. No robe or slippers. Room near elevator can hear a lot of noise. The bar food wasn’t good, especially the pulled pork sandwich.

Liked: Love the welcome by the doormen in top hats! The lobby is beautiful. Desk staff extremely courteous. Hallways are classically decorated, and the room is spacious, very clean, and comfortable.
Disliked: Loved it all.
