Liked: Loved the location of the hotel. Was close to Oxford Street, Tube station and heaps of places to eat. Bathrooms were nice and looked newly renovated.

Perfect location for London visit

Liked: Perfect location whenever we Visit Ronnie Scotts. Easily walkable from St Pancras & then 10 mins to the club. Rooms are spacious, by London standards, well equipped & clean.

Disliked: The staff is racist, just because I am an arab, my digital cards aren’t real for the staff yet I paid from direct wire “not a credit card” and they refused the payment and refused to take my card details from my banking app, I had to pay again from apple pay so they let me in sp this is a double charge and it took them 2 months to refund me.By far my worst hotel experience ever

Liked: Having stayed at Rathbone before, I must commend the excellent staff. Everyone and I mean everyone really works hard at making guests feel very comfortable. The location is excellent just a few minutes walk from everything. The atmosphere is relaxed and it gives you a sense of home away from home.
Disliked: No mini bar in the room. The staff offered to place an external small fridge but having done that in the past the noise is a lot. The hotel is being renovated. Nobody informed us about that. Workers kept moving in and out of the only lift, the carpets had dust shoe marks and sometimes the works were noisy. Also the room allocated had no view looking like into some interior terrace.During room cleanup, the cleaning lady would leave used glasses etc in the room and we would have to juggle everything on a used plate to make her understand that we didn’t want these. Also the toilet paper was on a ration…
