Liked: Good location. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable rooms and good beds. Steady Internet connection. The hotel staff are very welcoming and really make you feel you are the 'guest' I like that it's not a big impersonal place where guests are mere numbers. It's a real home from home.
Disliked: The cooked breakfast is always Spanish themed. My personal preference would be to have the option of an English breakfast also.

My Home in London –...

Liked: For the fourth time, I stayed at The Rathbone Hotel in Fitzrovia, and it felt like coming home. Once again, we stayed in one of the suites, and, as always, it was wonderful. The suite was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a day in exciting, bustling London.The staff were all friendly and helpful, doing everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. The location in Fitzrovia is perfect, with cozy cafes, great restaurants, and Soho’s attractions within walking distance. Plus, the transport options nearby make it easy to get around.Staying at The Rathbone is a big part of what makes my London trips so enjoyable, adding to the overall experience of the city. I look forward to coming back again!

Disliked: Renovations were going on at the time. The entrance looked unappealing. The lift was small and caused me to fall, as the floor was not level.
