The hotel experience was fantastic...

Liked: We have stayed at the property before, and always love the holiday experience. The walk ability to the plaza is fantastic (even when the temperature is very cold!), the bar and live music is a fantastic way to end the day - highly recommend) and the hotel has an overall charm that is hard to beat!
Disliked: I was extremely disappointed to learn that I paid double the rate for the room I booked through booking - DOUBLE - as compared to the additional room I booked when I arrived at the hotel. When I contacted booking, I was told it was not their fault and that the hotel is responsible. I will book straight through the hotel in the future.

Disliked: I wish the front desk , was paying attention to our requests, unfortunately didn’t even knew that we had breakfast included, I had to show her our reservation,and tell her that every year we are staying there for our anniversary, what of course was mentioned in our booking …also I wanted to buy a robe when we left and after waiting 10 minutes I had to give up because she didn’t had any interest in help me

Disliked: The room I booked, I did not get, even though it was confirmed. Very upsetting. It was the largest suite that overlooked The Plaza lights, and it was “accidentally the computer’s fault” .
