Hotel public areas were good. Morse bar was good. Parking was a bit dear, but OK. Breakfast was as expected, but my room let it all down.

Liked: Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Room view wasn't! Room was less quality than what I expected for the money. In fact, I am sure I was given an ordinary room.

Liked: Lovely venue, centre of Oxford. Staff very friendly, great atmosphere and beautiful building. Enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was very flavoursome, lots on offer.
Disliked: Wasnt clear that the Spa that you had to pay for the facilities. However, upon checking the print it is highlighted in small print.

Liked: Very friendly staff, interesting building and Morse Bar was very good if you could get a seat. I was allowed to check in early which was fantastic.
Disliked: The Morse bar and Drawing Room were almost always packed as the hotel allow non residents to use them. For the cost of the hotel there should be space for residents to sit in the evening. The bedroom was pretty cold plus the TV screen kept breaking up on BBC 1. Mentioned this to reception and apparently someone was supposed to have looked at it but the problem continued.

Disliked: The service in Breakfast restaurant was poor . No choice of milk , I am Lactose intolerant and took ages to find alternative whereas it should be available on buffet . Drinks were very slow in arriving and staff were standing around talking in full view of manager
