Liked: The front desk is very slow. They have new people. I don’t want to say things bad here but was a very bad experience. It took me almost an hour to check in and there was a line. But everything else was ok
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: The location was great, and I loved the indoor hot tub/ pool.
Disliked: I would have preferred check-in be at 3:00 instead of 4:00.

Liked: This is my second time going to pigeon forge and this is my second time at The ramsey hotel. I love love the location, they have free breakfast, most of the staff are nice. Book this hotel, you’ll not regret it!!! 5 star!!!
Disliked: I didn’t have a really good experience checking in. I tried to ask the front desk name bailey if i can change the room to a higher level floor since she gave me a first floor cause i want to have a good view for my toddler. But she look annoyed as soon as i ask her. So i was like “nevermind, i’ll just keep it” i was a little disappointed that our view from our room was a dumpster. She can’t tell me it’s fully book cause they have tons of empty room as i was looking outside. It’s okay though, all in all my experience in this hotel are good! I’ll still come back!

Liked: I liked the shower and the location. The lobby was beautiful for Christmas and breakfast was good. The facility itself is really nice.
Disliked: Listen to the comments when they say the pool is freezing! I couldn’t even get it, it was so cold.

Liked: Nothing was desirable at this location. Room was hot and wouldn’t cool down. Then the ROACHES appeared.
