Exceptional

Apart from the Sunday roast...

Liked: Staff, friendly and efficient. Excellent breakfast as always.
Disliked: Sunday roast lamb was very fatty and not much flavour or meat, would not recommend, quite dear as well.

Disliked: The bed quilt was too small for the bed and very thin.The bathroom was quite tatty .There was a continuous humming noise that kept one of us awake.

Great relaxing stay

Liked: The staff were brilliant, breakfast was really tasty. Room was cosy and had a great shower.
Disliked: A little maintenance, lick of paint here and there in the room would have made it perfect.

Loved our stay, would recommend!

Liked: Great accommodation, friendly staff, great evening meal, wonderful breakfast, one of the best cooked breakfast I've had, excellent sausage! Good supply of tea & coffee in the room & nice shower gel and body lotion. And a lovely comfy bed & decent towels which smelt lovely & fresh.
Disliked: Minor annoyance of the floor above creaking but luckily didn't go on for long, grouting on the shower floor could do with a little bleach treatment.

Massively exceeded expectations!

Liked: Everything. The room was big but cosy, had everything I needed and the bed was super comfy. The food was incredible including the breakfast. (Would recommend the beef shin pie!) Lovely location and was able to watch a few beautiful sunsets while eating dinner. Staff were always available and really friendly. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back.
Disliked: Nothing.
