Great spot for a weekend...

Liked: the staff and management were extremely understanding when we found some personal items left behind in our room. when we reported the items to the front desk staff they applied a discount and then another discount was applied later by the manager when the staffer told them what occurred. i was very pleased with their attentiveness and willingness to make the situation right with us.
Disliked: There were some intimate personal items left behind in our room..

The Quoin is a great...

Liked: Beautiful hotel, newly converted from a 19th century bank building. The public rooms are handsome, the bedrooms comfortable and well-stocked with bath supplies, coffee, etc. The restaurant has terrific food and attentive service. The front desk staff were helpful in finding our way around the area. Coffee and pastries on offer in the morning an unexpected treat.
Disliked: We weren’t prepared for valet parking only, but may have missed that in info available. It did work well, though added time.
