Sleepless night--unpleasant stay

Liked: The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, and the beds were comfortable.
Disliked: We stayed here on a road trip--chose the hotel while on the road, and it looked pleasant when we pulled into the parking lot. However, our next door neighbor was clearly high and talking/ranting loudly to himself intermittently throughout the night. He was also smoking cigarettes in his non-smoking room and the smoke was coming through the vent directly into our room. We picked up the room phone to call the front desk only to find that the phone did not work. We had to look up the phone number on my cell phone and call. The front desk was responsive and went to his room to ask him not to smoke, which at least seemed to stop the smoking problem. After a rocky night, we were disappointed by the meager breakfast--stale baked goods and no healthy-ish options except for oatmeal packets.

I would definitely recommend anyone...

Liked: I love the safe secure area. The security cruising around made me feel at ease. Just so my vehicle was watched.
Disliked: The only problem I had was the sun roof opening in the pool area. The water was sooo warm. But it was freezing when the top was opened.

Convenient but not the greatest...

Disliked: It’s not the best location but we liked that they had security, although the last 2 trips I didn’t see security so we may have to change locations. I stay here 2-4 times a yr.
