Liked: This hotel is in a great location by the sea. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately there was a couple screaming at each other for hours in the room next to ours. (The hotel staff would not have been able to hear this from the reception). After several hours and at this point it being close to 1am I messaged the hotel on the app to see if they could speak with the couple. They replied back to me straight away and spoke to the couple to shut down the constant shouting so we could finally get some sleep.

Good location clean hotel nice...
Liked: Location was spot on hotel is typical Edwardian type property lots of stairs basic room clean good facilities. to be honest you don't spend time in your hotel room so why pay for something plusher

Over priced and disappointing

Disliked: Very dated. In need of updating and renovation. Room furniture very plasticy and cheap. Not as good as it looks in the photos. Not worth the money. Parking was very expensive.

Exceptional
Liked: This is a great value hotel situated on one of the nicest squares in Brighton just 2 minutes from the beach and shopping centre. The room was basic but the price was superb. It was clean and comfortable. The highlight was the breakfast which had a great choice and was included in the price.
