Liked: This hotel was truly exceptional.From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the thoughtful service. Being able to sit and relax while checking in was a great touch. The reception area was well-equipped with water, tea, and coffee, and the comfortable furniture made it a pleasant place to unwind.Another highlight was the luggage service—leaving my bags at the entrance and having them delivered directly to my room was a nice convenience. Every staff member was incredibly friendly and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable.Stepping into the room, I was greeted by soothing classical music, which added to the elegant atmosphere. Everything was simply perfect, with nothing lacking. On top of that, the location was unbeatable.I would definitely love to stay here again!
Disliked: Overall, it was a great hotel, but there were a few drawbacks.First, the bed size felt a bit small. We usually prefer a super king-size bed (at least 180cm wide), but the one here was narrower than expected, which was slightly disappointing.Additionally, valet parking was quite expensive, and street parking was limited. The public parking area was a bit far from the hotel, which could be inconvenient for those with a car.Aside from these points, it was an overall satisfying experience.
