Lovely hotel but we had...

Disliked: Bad WiFi connection, our mobile coverage was bad. No kettle in the room. Heating was not working after mid night. Our room is below the bar and near to the restaurant, it was noisy. Staffs were average at the check in, they were not helpful when we complained that the WIFI is not working. However the young part time staff was very helpful during our check out, he received a tip and well deserved.
