I wouldn’t choose it again...

Liked: Lovely interiors but not always practical or considered for the customer experience.
Disliked: The bed was ok, I’ve had more sumptuous for the same or less money. Getting into the shower meant that you had to climb into the bath which was very high. It was actually guide dangerous as it was very slippy. We stayed in a very expensive suite which had a huge bathroom so I cannot fathom why they could not fit a bath and a shower. There was no lift. And a lot of stairs to negotiate. I have bad knees so I will not stay there again. It only makes sense to stay there if you are eating in the very lovely but expensive Mitchelin star restaurant downstairs.

Liked: Beautiful
Disliked: The bar. Didn’t need to be so expensive for what it offered. We’d have used it more if it had been more reasonable. Tea and coffee machines didn’t always work, coffee was cool, no other drinks available. Sounds like we are being overly critical…it’s the small things that matter…
