Great place to stay!

Liked: Great location. Near to everything, including public transport and restaurants. LaGuardia is actually few minutes away and easy to catch a flight at the airport if that is your mode of transport. Gas station is just across the hotel, if you are driving. I have always stayed here and love the staff professionalism and great customer services. Most of all, it is affordable and compare to hotels around of same category, the price is just about right. Rooms I stayed are clean, if any issues, hotel staff will immediately addressed it. Overall, great place to stay!

Wanted to sleep somewhere else

Disliked: ALL outlets dont work unless the left switch for the light is on. terrible wiring.The hair that was in the bathroom before we came in. UncleanThere was no microwave or fridge in the room, Barley any amenities in the bathroom. Unfinishedthe decor blanket on top of the bed smelled really bad. Terrible scentsMostly everything about the hotel was not likable, And we did not get what we pay for, it felt overpriced for something that broken , unfinished, unsanitary and faulty.Friends toilet was scratched becuase the door was BUILT too close to the toilet.

Liked: Nothing at all.
Disliked: Everything. The location was not the best. The hotel was dirty. I had a nonsmoking room with burn marks in the sheets. A smell. Sheets had hair on them. Sink dirty. Bathroom had chipped paint on ceiling. There were stains on the wall like someone splattered liquid- no charger by the bed. Tv small. Loud. Hallways were dark. Bed was hard.

Liked: Breakfast was a little different, as I would have liked a waffle or something, but was able to get a little cereal before heading out.
Disliked: This is just my preference, I thought it was a little more traffic noise than I would have like, I wish I had a fan to help block the noise just a little more.

Liked: Good location and good price
Disliked: The noise from the other rooms was excessive and could be heard completely in my room, and the footsteps of people upstairs were very loud. They need to address that.
