Comfortable Stay

Liked: Check in was easy and quick. I liked that that location is near the airport like about 10 minutes drive and to and from hotel. The room I stayed was spacious compared to similarly rated hotels in the area. I liked that beddings was comfortable, toilet has modern toilet fittings, like shower head. the heating was functional and working. I would recommend to other travelers this hotel.
Disliked: Just the official check in time of 2:00 PM. due to that time is like late in the afternoon. Check in of 1 :00 PM is mostly what other hotels offered.

Liked: The location is pretty convenient.
Disliked: When I arrived there was a weird smell on the floor I was on. When I walked into my room I see the ceiling by the windows is in horrible condition. There is a burn mark on my sheets, the chair had a lot of lint and filth in the crevasse of the cushion. The ceiling I think got burned and they patched it up with stickers. I just understood that they property owners didn't care very much about standards and reputation.

Liked: The hotel is fair if you consider that hotels are more expensive than ever in NYC, because Airbnb was banned. It is old, but is clean. The staff also was pretty kind and gentle. Other good point is that if you are flying Lá guardia, the Q70 bus/shuttle last stop is 10 min walking.
Disliked: You have to walk 15 min for the train station, usually it takes 30 - 40 min to reach Manhattan, but if you are in a tight budget, still worth
