Exceptional

2 star at most. Very...

Liked: Good location, some parking available if you’re early. Good tv and entertainment available.
Disliked: Water pressure for the shower made it near unusable. Had to shower at local facilities. It really was that terrible. The water pressure also meant the toilet took a very long time to fill the flush. The divan bed base has a large dip on both sides - totally uncomfortable. Really needs replacing. Top floor rooms are cramped.

Location great for a Paignton...

Liked: The location was great just being a short walk from the train and bus station. It was also near the beach and pier. The staff were very friendly. Beds were very comfy.
Disliked: The hotel room was small and plug sockets were not that easily accessible, but we managed. The shower door did not close and the whole hotel needed upgrading. The walls and woodwork were in poor condition with paint peeling off and damp patches in areas. As we were only there for two nights and only needed somewhere to sleep we put up with it.

Disliked: The bedroom was far too hot

We had planned to stay...

Liked: Breakfast good. fire alarm in middle of night not good with no explanation
Disliked: Bathroom very small could not sit on the toilet with the door shut no pressure on the shower

Liked: Great hotel; loved it

Liked: I liked the staff and cleanliness
Disliked: The lift was something to be desired, I also think the hotel and rooms could do with updating including bathrooms

Poor reflection

Liked: Even though very cheap pictures did not show the room . Shower didn't work well . TV was not functioning as required. Seemed as though as cheap couldn't have cared lat all. Won't stay there again
