Liked: Extremely tired and very dated decor, could use some substantial investment to bring it up to standards expected from a hotel in a prime location such as this. Cleanliness could have been better.

Disliked: Check in was very sterile, not a friendly welcome. The room was very dated, the whole hotel needs a facelift. Service was to the very bare minimum.

Liked: I really liked this hotel, great staff who are super friendly and a lovely nights sleep. I wish it had a spa maybe for future queens?!

Liked: Loved the view from my bedroom plus the sun lounge where I ate breakfast or lunch/dinner. Staff fab, food excellent.

Overnight stay attending a function

Liked: Room was adequate and comfortable for a single night stay.
Disliked: Getting hot water from the bathroom tap required running it for several minutes which must wate copious amounts of water throughout the year. Finding staff in the public areas could be difficult, either there are insufficient numbers or they 'hide' a lot!
