Recommend for a stay when attending First Direct Arena or shopping in Leeds.

Liked: Clean, comfortable and central location.
Disliked: Only breakfast staff queried our booking for breakfast, but the receptionist told us it was included and on checking he discovered it was!

Liked: I cannot rate the hotel highly enough. Staff were helpful and friendly; service was excellent and the room was very clean and comfortable. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Leeds now.

Disliked: Saw the bath and I was looking forward to having a nice bath that evening but on second glance I noticed there were hairs in it and around the edges. Asked at reception if they could send someone up to clean it while we were out 3.30 - 7.00pm. However, when we got back and I went to have a bath the hair was still in there, clearly no one had been to the room. This put me off having a bath and chose to have a quick shower instead. I lay the shower mat in the bath and that had hairs on it too. Could not adjust temp on shower and shower screen leaked water all over bathroom floor. Very disappointing.

Liked: Very clean hotel, the room was great and the bed comfy, with a very nice view overlooking the City Square. The hotel is minutes away from all shopping centres, and right next to the train station, so very central to everything. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
