Liked: I cannot rate the hotel highly enough. Staff were helpful and friendly; service was excellent and the room was very clean and comfortable. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Leeds now.
Disliked: That we didn't make our stay longer!

Lovely hotel

Liked: It was really nice. We got a free upgrade for my husbands birthday, which was absolutely amazing. The room was big, the bed was very comfortable and the staff were so friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the room we were moved into, there was a large American family on our floor. They had quite a few small children who they let out onto the landing during our stay. They made a lot or noise, screaming, crying and banging, until 12pm at night and then they started again at 6am. So unfortunately we did not get the rest away from our own children we were looking for.
