Liked: I cannot rate the hotel highly enough. Staff were helpful and friendly; service was excellent and the room was very clean and comfortable. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Leeds now.
Disliked: That we didn't make our stay longer!

Liked: Staff were excellent especially front of house as they had to find us a room as booking.com had not reserved/booked our accommodation!Front of house staff made us feel at ease & no pressure even though we were holding the check in line up which was already quite large.Food & drinks were excellent Room cleanliness was excellent.
Disliked: Booking.com not actually making the reservation even though was paid in full in April 2024 (6 months before visit!)

Liked: Style. The bed and pillows. The view of the Christmas market. The short cut to the station.
Disliked: Nothing but it would have been useful to have directions to the hotel from the station as I walked all the way round with my bag rather unnecessarily.

Liked: It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our stay
Disliked: Our room, 211, suffered noise from the air conditioning vent outside. My wife is a very light sleeper and didn’t get much sleep at all

Liked: The hotel was lovely and the vuew was amazing, The bed was comfy .
Disliked: Well the checkout was 11am and the cleaner thought it was appropriate to just knock and 1 second later just walked into our room at 930am. I don't find this appropriate at all .
