Liked: I cannot rate the hotel highly enough. Staff were helpful and friendly; service was excellent and the room was very clean and comfortable. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Leeds now.
Disliked: That we didn't make our stay longer!

Brief but quality stay

Liked: Receptionist really friendly, upgraded to nice sized room. All staff really polite and friendly. Would stay again
Disliked: Hospitality tray was a bit poor, only one bottle of water, not a great selection of hot drinks

Not good really upset with...

Disliked: The room was so small I picked a hotel as it was my partners 40th A travel lodge room would have been bigger - view was awful , ironing board broken, only 1 bottle of water in fridge very dissatisfying

Liked: Lovely welcome on reception. Possibly one of the friendliest ever. Lovely bar and rooms

Wouldn’t stay there again, staff...

Liked: Great location
Disliked: Shower was disgusting and the socket was hanging off inside, didn’t think the price matched the room, little thing like only one bottle water and one packet biscuits and was two guests , heating did not work either
