Disliked: It was extremely hot in the room despite adjusting the stat. Beware..even for the central location the hotel bar prices were excessive a small gin and tonic and a half pint beer over £19 without service charge! Also not much drink selection

Liked: extremely polite friendly staff .the decoration and flooring were faultless well presented hotel .we chose the hotel for the proximity to the royal albert hall ,to attend a concert ,which is only a very short walk.
Disliked: all great
