A lovely hotel in a...

Liked: This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed at the hotel whilst volunteering for a charity event for Teenage Cancer Trust at The Royal Albert Hall. As I live in the North East I have to stay in London and the hotel is in the perfect location. The rooms are very comfortable, the breakfast is great and the staff are polite and friendly. Thank you!

A comfortable night in a...

Liked: Great Location. Helpful staff- especially Gerry on the door. The breakfast was great. The rooms clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The gym is very small; one bench with a few dumbbells and a bike. That’s it. The hotel isn’t as classy as I thought given the 4 star rating- however it was very comfortable and clean. The Tv in the room has the basic channels bbc/itv/channel4 nothing else.

Liked: Breakfast grand, location worked well. Room was a little small with not a lot of room to get around bed etc but otherwise OK.Strange separating door from room to main corridor which created a very tight space with entrance to room next door. As a single female I didn't feel entirely comfortable with that
