Southampton boy returns

Liked: So coming from southampton it was great to see this bucket list option for me as we have been on the Mary 2 Victoria Elizabeth & Anne. Only the qe2 in dubai to tick off now .This ship is stunning and the ship is very well looked after by the current owners.All the staff everywhere were great and helpful.I would have give it 10 out of 10 except for the parking charges.Stayed overnite in a beautiful big room but 32 dollars for an overnite parking is a rip off shame

Disliked: Facilities and fittings need upgrading. Ship in dire need of repair. No attempt to provide chairs or loungers to sit out.

Liked: The room was huge, booked a family room with king and twin. It included a separate 2nd bedroom! Our son has his own private area
Disliked: There was nothing we didn't like.

Liked: Took the general tour and enjoyed it.
Disliked: You can't watch the sunset as the direction is not convenient from the ship. No view of the Pacific.

Liked: The information displays about the history of the ship and nostalgia. The free shuttle service to downtown LA was quick and frequent
Disliked: The coffee shop was not great, slow service and miserable staff

Liked: All of the history and how it was displayed.
Disliked: The host in the restaurant that we ate at, was not professional on cell phone and forgot to seat us!

Liked: Staff was friendly, accommodations as expected for the type of historic hotel.
Disliked: As paying hotel guests, we expected a discounted tour option, paid full price, tour was not worth the ticket price.
