The place was okay. Room...

Liked: The location was pleasant
Disliked: Because we were travelling with our dog we were downgraded to a ground floor basic room but we were charged the same as our prestige room because of the “dog supplement” Booking.com do not deal with this effectively - you tell them that you’re travelling with a dog and yet it comes as a surprise to the establishment that you’ve booked

Very good

Liked: The hotel was lovely and the staff were more than amazing and friendly
Disliked: I didn’t like that there was only set time for my daughter to use the pool . We got a 45 mins time slot 5:15-6 pm for her to use the pool which I thought was quite poor .
