Liked: Love the spa (but the opening time for adults without children are antisocial). Not very relaxing because of this. Love the large rooms. Good food for dinner and an excellent breakfast. Views from some rooms are great if outward facing . Rooms are large. Beds are comfy. Not many places to eat nearby.
Disliked: £25 to use the spa at a reasonable hour without unsupervised kids is annoying

Nice hotel, room could have...

Liked: Breakfast and meal in ebb and flow restaurant was great and bar area was good too.
Disliked: The room outside space was right next to the bar and therefore we were overlooked and could T use the outside space and day two the staff we jet washing the patio outside our window so couldn't use the space the either, so whilst I paid for outside space and view this was really disappointing.

Liked: Breakfast was very good, staff were quick to serve you. Staff were friendly and could not do enough for you. Location was ex cement good views of Conwy easy to get to Conwy and LLlandudno. We walked to Conwy.
Disliked: Not much telephone did not work in room line faulty so gave us a number for reception land line for our mobiles
