Won't be staying here again

Liked: Check in was easy, good location to Putney and highway
Disliked: No fire alarm in room- just wires sticking out of the wall, musty smell in room, multiple flies in room upon check in, at 9am the day of check out the key cards stop working so if you go to breakfast or go outside to load your car you can't get back into your room, walls are paper thin you can hear everything from your neighbor, there definitely are people living at this motel.

Liked: Bathroom was updated
Disliked: Ice machine empty and broken, I had to reset it. The room had a weird smell that had to be aired out. TV remote did not work, I had to program it myself. The Wi-Fi connected sporadically, sometimes full bars then, no bars. Room was very dated.

Great location, family operation.

Liked: This is a small, family operation and not a big, faceless hotel. It's good to support a small business even if it is not quite as fancy as a corporate hotel.

Liked: Putney is a lovely place.
Disliked: Reception poor.Room, carpet very old ,gaps between concrete and carpet. Bath very stained.Reception lacked charm and helpfulness.Paint pots around reception where you had breakfast.
