Polite staff; comfortable rooms; scenic views. This hotel was a pleasure to stay at. Definitely coming back.

Liked: Everything, from the beautiful scenery of the hotel, to the room we stayed in. Everything was perfect.
Disliked: Nothing.

Excellent hotel for a quick...

Liked: Perfect location to see a lot of Pittsburgh quickly. Convenient sized hotel where you don’t have to walk very far to get to your room or back to your car.

A very cozy hotel just...

Liked: A very cozy hotel. Comfortable, clean, and quiet. Very friendly staff and a private parking lot.
Disliked: The hotel could be described as excellent, but the neighborhood does not look very safe and doesn't feel secure.

Very good

Liked: The young man who checked us in was very kind and helpful !
Disliked: The thermostat . It kept blowing out cold air. We couldn’t change it so we shut it off . We had the same experience @ Mansions on 5th last time we stayed there . The room was so hot .
