Polite staff; comfortable rooms; scenic views. This hotel was a pleasure to stay at. Definitely coming back.

Liked: The staff were great, especially Madilyn. The rooms were warm, the bed was comfortable, the towels were fluffy and all the electricals worked!
Disliked: The pillows on the bed smelled old and musty. The housekeeper didn't change the bed on the second day even though we left the appropriate sign. The 'grab and go' breakfast was greasy and disgusting. There was nothing around the hotel to see and do and there was no room service or food to speak of. There was no direct way of getting the the Grand Hall without going outside, very inconvenient during bad weather.
