Highland hospitality at it's best!

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff in ALL departments. From the reception staff, waiting staff and house staff.ALL friendly and most helpful.
Disliked: A very relaxed environment. Food excellent from a simple scone and jam to lovely home-made steak pie with all the trimmings.Extensive and varied menus from breakfast, lunch, high tea and dinner. Oh yes! There's an 'all day' menu too. You'll never go hungry.

Liked: The staff were very friendly and always helpful. The food was good both in terms of choices and the standard of preparation. The food was very tasty
Disliked: We were in a remote room, which was nice, but the WiFi signal did not reach the room in a consistent manner.

Lovely hotel, ample rooms and...

Liked: Perfect place to stay in Beauly. Huge rooms, brilliant, welcoming, friendly and positive staff. Particular thanks go to Kate. Rarely on my travels do I meet someone who clearly enjoys their job, who is so proactive and helpful it kind of takes you a little by surprise. What a superb ambassador for the Priory and I can’t praise her enough. Kate’s approach, personality and professionalism made my stay. Please pass on my our sincere thanks. Brilliant.
Disliked: Parking as a hotel guest at busy periods is problematic. Had to drive around for 30 minutes to be able to park and retire to our rooms. Even then we were lucky. Staff at times seem to be overwhelmed during busy periods and tbh I felt a bit sorry for them.
