Liked: The decor was beautiful and the accommodations were very comfortable. Staff in the pub were great! Not a dislike, but worth mentioning that there are several flights of stairs to get to the rooms and no lift.
Disliked: As someone who had not travelled to London before we didn’t realize how far away from the centre of the city this area of town was. The underground was super close to the hotel though, so getting to centre of London was fairly straightforward. The bathroom was really well stocked but the shower wasn’t very clean.

Liked: Great location with free on street parking. Lovely vibe to the pub. Pub food was great. Room was spacious.
Disliked: Room was freezing when we arrived took a while to warm up and we were above a function room.

Liked: location was perfect for the show in the evening. the pub restaurant below was good value and good atmosphere.
Disliked: Sorry to say this but the staff who looked after our stay tried to charge us for the room although we had paid. Lucky I had email proof from booking.com and klarna to confirm I had paid in June. Human error is fine but the fact I had a member pushing me for another payment and then not apology for his mistake. Also bear in mind they hold lively events in the fuction room on the 1st floor which last till midnight

Great value Inn accommodation.

Liked: Rooms are lovely and cosy, bed comfy, bedding luxurious, nice decor. Great location. Appreciate the tea, coffee and toiletries. Great value for money. We will stay again.
Disliked: Nobody let us know that there were going to be Christmas parties on that evening and therefore the only option for food was pizza. We had been looking forward to dinner in the pub before heading out. The event room on the first floor was in use on the evening but finished up at midnight as we arrived back.

Liked: Decent location for walk to and from the O2 at shepherd's bush to see the George Michael Singers. Friendly staff, fresh milk in the fridge for tea and coffee in room was amazing, more expensive hotels don't do that. Good shower cubicle.Last time I was here was back in 1974 when we used to come from Acton as they closed later at 11.00 here than Acton at 10.30, completely different looking back then.
Disliked: Shame we couldn't stay an extra 15 minutes in bar to finish drinks as staying at pub after 11.00 closing but fair enough staff have to go home. No water in room, even a filled bottle would have been nice.
