Disliked: There was no one there to welcome guessed. A phone number to ring, then a cleaner to give me the key.My daughter had rang to book. When she and her family arrived they rang. Were told I'll be there in 30 minutes. An hour later, rang again and was told I'll be there in 30 minutes and wondered why we were getting upset. Told us to go somewhere else and refused a refund. The blackout backing on the curtains was pealing off. Toilet windows did not close properly. A toaster was supplied but no knives or plates.Truly a disgusting place. Should be closed down

Disliked: Lots of bed bugs omg we couldn’t sleep while the nights and very noisy from the neighbourhoods of our rooms. Please never ever try to book a room at this motel even for free don’t try !!!

Liked: It’s fairly cheap and it’s a great spot if you’re needing a quick spot to rest for the night. The room had great space and wasn’t too cramped and was satisfyingly clean. But like I said it’s a great place to save your money when needing a quick place to crash for the night or two.
Disliked: Some of the neighbours are a little loud but you still get your own privacy. And the room did still have a lingering smell of cigarette so that’s something they should maybe look into. But overall not a bad place

We didn't get to stay...

Liked: To whom this may concern, this short letter is regarding my stay at the prince mark motel. which may i add we weren't even able to stay there. My partner kurt and i paid $160 for a night which was the last bit of money and as we are currently homeless we got to the motel around 9 pm the Friday night we stayed and the gentlemen/manager was in the room (18) which he was doing the TV ( may I add the power cord didn't reach the power outlet) we showed him all the identity that we had which included 2 police stat decks from that day. the manager of the motel agreed we signed and he walked out at the bottom of the agreement form we are given a key which is for safety and insurance in the policy and to keep the customer safe.well I wasn't given a key and I went and asked for the key he said sorry there is no key, i havnt had them cut yet!. I stood and said excuse me how am i suppose to keep my belongings safe. He responded with it's ok the guys around here. there all good with a giggle and be with a egotical smirk and he left and i went back into the room and complained straight away too bookings.com.We went to dinner we had no car so we had no choice but to leave our stuff in the room.We were locked out !!!We tried to get back in and unfortunately we broke the lock and my partner and I were out on the street all night until 9am the next days to retrieve our belongs.
