Perfect location to st kilda

Liked: Balcony offered nice views of Fitzroy street and nearby beach is also visible. Room moderate size.
Disliked: Hallway carpet perhaps dated.

Liked: Friendly staff. Everything worked fine. Clean. Great location.
Disliked: Room service menu and dining menu (downstairs by the bar) a bit limited. (I'm usually vegetarian, but had to resort to fish dishes)

Pleasant

Liked: Amenities were nice and bed was comfortable
Disliked: Had a crazy drug-induced guy screaming all night in a room nearby

Exceptional

Liked: Lovely large bed and bathroom. Great water pressure in shower.
Disliked: No luggage rack in the room.

Liked: Undercover car parking. The Bandroom venue. Cheery staff. Location.
Disliked: Having mobility issues, the stairs to the car park were challenging Makeup/sink area a little cozy

Excellent

Liked: Excellent location to explore St Kilda, restaurants, cafe's, the pier, the esplanade, Palais. All facilities were exceptional and up to date.
