Liked: The fact that it's a hard floor instead of carpet. The duvets were very comfy. It had a kettle and a mini fridge inside the room.
Disliked: Only one pillow. Switch to bed light right on the bed frame, so I kept pushing it at night and hitting the light accidentally.

Definitely not what I expected...

Liked: The towels where clean and the bed
Disliked: The staff was unpolite. The room was not as clean. There was a lot of mold in the bathroom and there was a lot of dust in the room. Also, it’s sad that there was supposed to be a mini bar, which was not in the room. Next time I would go to a different hotel.

Well located hotel with generally...

Liked: This hotel is ideally situated, a 20 minute or short tram journey to the city centre. The reception and staff were welcoming and the free pool table and small shop were excellent. Room was of a decent size and cleaned each day.
Disliked: Our room was generally comfortable. The heating was far too warm, so we had to keep the window open a lot. The bed was squeaky when we moved on it and the provision of paper cups for hot drinks was unusual. The television was also not working for our stay (but we did not want to watch it anyway).

The front desk guy wanted...

Liked: the room is spacious and consider clean. Breakfast normal location is good, veey near to public transport, there are few different spot for public transport.Grocery nearby too
Disliked: I rated "10" isn't for EXCELLENT but is for "10" WORST❗️❗️❗️THE FRONT DESK RECEPTIONISTS ARE VERY RUDE AND WANTED TO BEAT CUSTOMER❗️❗️❗️A lady named❗️ CLARRISE/CLASSIE❗️( I forgot her exact name), she is black & a man name❗️ KUMAR❗️While I was waiting for room check out procedure with the Ms C(whom i mentioned above), my husband asked about the taxi fare, but she replied my husband impatiencely that she can't check the fare( normally hotel do help customer to check the taxi fare before proceed)Then the man named KUMAR overheard the conversation, he raised up his voice in a very rude attitude, came to my husband and said "we are not taxi station, if you want a taxi please call yourself'. My husband tried to explained to Mr K politely, but Mr K suddenly acted madly, with below conversationMr K : "you want me call police to jail you?"(he pointed at my husband very rude)Me : "why you call police to jail us? what did we do wrong? I just asked front desk to check taxi fare and you call police to jail me and my husband?"Mr K : "Go back to your own country we are not welcome you" (he pointed at me and my husband Very rudely and keep saying "fuck you")Me :"Are you racist?"(because I'm an Asian)Then Mr K wanted to come out from front desk to beat me and my husband, even wanted to beat my 3 years old son, my son then cried and he felt so scared

A good hotel in great...

Liked: Great location for the Northern parts of town, short distance from the Brussels Noord -station. Big room, good breakfast, quiet environment.
Disliked: The hotel could do with a renovation, it is bit dated. The restaurant did not offer some of the meals that were in the menu, so had to go for somewhere else.
