Had to stay in Birchington...

Liked: Beautiful room and common area with such exquisite taste. Beds comfortable, decent shower, good breakfast and a m all round lovely place to stay.
Disliked: There wasn’t a thing we didn’t like.

Beautiful room for our wedding...

Liked: We stayed here for the night of our wedding and it was absolutely beautiful! The room was clean and decorated in such a lovely way. Very comfortable bed and the staff were excellent allowing us to check in early before our ceremony and to check out with ease the next morning too. Thank you!

Disliked: We were not told that the restaurant/bar was shut the evening we stayed until we checked in. We travelled hours to stay in this hotel with plans on spending the day/night there. However we were unable to do this and found it highly stressful/inconvenient sorting other arrangements because of this

UK pub style with ghost

Liked: Loved the UK pub style, it had everything, even a ghost apparently - I didn't see it but my partner was sure a faulty light was the ghost interacting...Breakfast was included and it was full English and very satisfying- the ghost didn't join us 😀
Disliked: Nothing to complain about, everyone was accommodating and lovely.

What a joke!!

Liked: Nothing! DONT STAY HERE!!
Disliked: Absolute joke from start to finish! Rude staff!!No hot water as boiler had been turned off! No answer from emergency number left for overnight despite numerous phone calls! Chef didn't turn up so no breakfast! Asked for a refund only to have more money taken from my account!!
