Excellent hotel

Liked: This was a last minute hotel booking and we were extremely happy with our stay. The staff were welcoming and incredibly helpful from reception, to the porter, to the maintenance staff poolside. The amenities were excellent and rooms, spacious and clean. The location is perfect and very close to the airport, and is pretty central.

Liked: The hotel was spacious, beautifully decorated/styled, and accommodating. I enjoyed the pool, sauna, and hot tub area. The room was large for two people and comfortable.
Disliked: I wasn't sure about the best parking options. There were no other issues.

Liked: I didn't like anything, I was disgruntled by how they lacked any type of accommodating solutions, they didn't deliver the auth forms as promised and they lack the skills for personal customer service satisfactory and they are only a brand and to them , your only a number, it's important to me as I travel for work quite often and whenever I'm away from my home and family , I prefer to be staying someplace that' has that has a sense of that"just like home ' energy, and forgive me for saying this the establishment put out a dark and gloomy vibe t
Disliked: The fact that I never got the authorization form sent as promised by staff if that is what you want to call that was NOT customer service whatsoever

Liked: Great location and building was beautiful! Room was clean and well stocked. Pool and spa services need better maintenance. Not clean enough.
