Good location. Too firm of...

Liked: Good location and value. Walking distance to restaurants and close to the Zoo. The employees in the coffee shop were fantastic both times we went in, which was Sunday evening and Monday morning.
Disliked: I do not recommend this hotel for small children that don't quite have the capacity to listen to their parents yet, as the bathroom is a series of barn doors. This hotel is fine for kids who can understand and listen to their parents. The bed was horribly uncomfortable. It was very firm. They do NOT have parking. They offer a valet service to a nearby parking garage. We didn't use the valet service. We parked on our own at the parking garage, which was $23 for one overnight, Sunday afternoon to Monday morning.

Liked: The service in the restaurant, up in the rooftop and the front desk, was fantastic! Really nice people. And the breakfast we ordered was great!
Disliked: The room that we stayed at was partially clean. There was hair hanging from the main light when you entered the room. It looked like it was clean in a hurry.

Exceptional

Great hotel at a great...

Liked: Staff were friendly, rooms were very clean and modern. Loved the location, especially since we were going to Keller Auditorium just down the road.
Disliked: Valet parking was WAY too expensive. Booking's site said it would be $40 per night, but it was $65, plus tips. That's insane for a single night, especially with no in & out privileges. However, paying for and requesting my car from valet was easy through the electronic links.

Liked: I liked the location and amenities.
Disliked: I didn’t like how there was no shampoo and conditioner when checking in, hot tub was being repaired, and kitchen was out of cream cheese and non-fat milk.

Poor

Great hotel, location and everything...

Liked: It is a very recognizable staple in Portland. Any time you approach the hotel, there is always people gathering outside plus the vale. Both hotel and rooms were always clean, neat and organized. I also had shipped a couple of small packages and they were received in the reception, something which is incredibly assuring.
Disliked: No free breakfast, but you kinda expect it.
