Dirty, busy, luxury cost for...
Liked: Standard rooms. Limited room service menu available.
Disliked: Unfortunately their “luxury spa” was very dirty and super crowded with families with crying babies and screaming children. Felt more like a Best Western vibe. Dirt and hair all over the floors, hair in the pool, used floss picks and garbage all over. Didn’t feel hygienic or safe enough to use their spa facilities.

Liked: The hotel is well-appointed and very clean. The room is updated and modern, laid out well, and has everything one would need. The location is all in all good, though it's a bit of a walk to the Pearl District and points west.
Disliked: Nothing. Everything worked for me.

Liked: bat and nightclub on roof and lots of outlets in room.Iron in roomlocation of hotel
Disliked: beds were uncomfortable, lumpyroom was too dark. we turned on every light and still dark2 out of 4 elevators were not working. on a Saturday night. we had to wait 30 minutes in order to get to our room and another 15 to get to roof..that's ridiculous. I suggest you assign 1 elevator to the roof bar and the others for hotels guest. so all are not waiting for same elevator in a line on a Saturday night. the bar tender in lobby area bar was extremely rude. he also seemed overwhelmed.we have stayed at 7 hotels in portland and this was the most expensive valet parking we paid for this is not new York city or San Francisco. the maximum should be $50 per night

Excellent rooms and environment. Unfortunately...
Liked: Rooms and facilities were as advertised. I like this hotel and location. Parking is available (street, hourly) as well as valet and parking garage.
Disliked: I think the check in service staff could improve the experience for the hotels guest. There were a lot of opportunities and none taken which is unfortunate. Simply, guiding your guest to the elevator is simple yet a huge gesture that goes a long way.
