very pleased by my stay
Liked: A small hotel that is super comfortable and charming. If the location works for you don't hesitate to book.
Disliked: It didn't bother me, but just understand that it's a small hotel without a front desk or facilities.

Small and noisy rooms.
Liked: The common eating area has a good supply of snacks and foods. The location is great but not convenient to restaurants compared to other hotels.
Disliked: The room is too small for me. The shower hot water is taking a long time to come out. I almost think it is broken. Noisy rooms.

Liked: Cute spot. Probably the cleanest hotel/hostel I’ve stayed at, and with friendly staff. I had one of the rooms on the second floor immediately after the entrance. The windows opened to the street, which introduced some noise, and being so close to the entrance I could hear everyone come in and out. There was a noise cancelling machine built into the room, but it didn’t do much for me. The AC didn’t run very well either so the freezing November nights got pretty chilly. I think it’s the perfect spot for a cozy stay in Georgetown if you arrive in mid-spring to enjoy the garden and DC’s good weather. Try to snag one of the quieter rooms in the back of the property!
