Just missing some personal touches...
Liked: The location was ideal for me
Disliked: I didn’t realise the bar etc was all closed. It was clear before I booked that the restaurant was shut but nothing about the entire place being shut

Great hotel.
Liked: A warm welcome, extremely clean and a fantastic breakfast. All the staff were most welcoming. Great location. Would return.

Liked: The breakfast was superb. The staff were very helpful. The room and facilities were very comfortable. Car parking was well set out and secure

Liked: Lovely location with plenty of pubs to choose from for meals. The hotel was very clean and we had everything we needed. Breakfast was included and that was beautiful

Liked: Staff very friendly and welcoming, room was comfortable, convenient parking, excellent breakfast, helpful availability of plates and cutlery in the lounge to use for a snack lunch.

Worst service I have ever...
Liked: Nothing
Disliked: We booked one room for one night to visit friends and relatives in Moulton. I agreed to pay £85.00for this including their tasty breakfast.On arrival the hotel was locked and no one around . However a lady arrived after about 5 mins to let us into our room and advised us we were only 1 of 2 rooms occupied that night. Also there would be no breakfast she contradicted us and stated they never do breakfast on a Monday. That is not what we booked.!!We let ourselves into our room which smelled quite foisty and a large spider running accross the floor .I still have a video I took of it. Having unpacked our overnight bag I started looking at the hotel items on the dressing table which clearly stated in red print. "We still serve our freshly cooked breakfast every day" and underneath it said Monday to Friday 7.30 till 8.30 last order. We did not see anyone else between checking in and leaving the following morning .....WITHOUT BREAKFAST. we were in one of their outside access rooms and posted the key on leaving.I sent an email to them a couple of days later politely giving them a chance to give me a reason why I should use their hotel on my next visit to Moulton. Patiently I have waited but nothing. No reply at all.I will not be using this Hotel when we next visit Moulton and with service like we encountered I am surprised anyone will make a first visit let alone a second one. Avoid this hotel which still owes me and my wife a breakfast.
