Disappointed.

Liked: Not applicable. Did not eat at hotel. Coffee in room not good Free Coffee not available in lobby. Coffee in cafe to expensive.

Lovely.

Liked: Historic, good location.
Disliked: Room cleaning. Room had not been cleaned on ck-in. Had to request cleaning each day.

Liked: very quiet roomstreet car stop within a blockfriendly staffwalking distance to many restaurants and Walgreens felt safe exiting and entering
Disliked: did not see housekeeping on a two evening stay

Nice location, but not a...

Liked: Good location, charming decor, great views.
Disliked: None of our service requests were answered. Each new receptionist takes notes, and then nothing happens. I feel like none of the facilities have been cleaned for ages. Bathroom was nice, but fixtures were falling off. There was trash on the floor in the hallway for all of three days we were there. It clearly used to be a nice place, but it needs to at least be deep cleaned.

Charming hotel but price-value equation...

Liked: The location is excellent, slightly out of the bustling area and easy to get around. The hotel is charming with very large rooms. Rooftop bar and terrace were worth the trek up – gorgeous views.
Disliked: One key per room proved a little challenging, for two people sharing. Some of the room amenities felt very limited given the price.
