Got billed extra for being...

Liked: Great until we were accused of smoking in the room. You could check the cameras and see every time that my husband went OUTSIDE to smoke. Last time we stay here. Sad because we have spent good money at every place within that hotel.

Very charming and comfortable hotel.

Liked: Beautiful hotel with lovely decor in the rooms. Lovely cafe for breakfast with very friendly staff. The location is nice but a bit far from city center and French Quarter. It is often loud at night when people queue outside to get into the rooftop bar.

It was fine

Disliked: The toilet ran all the time and didn’t get repaired as I asked plus it was very noisy with hotel guests in the hall ways. Plus the bed and pillows were all hard and stiff. I was moved on the second night to another room for the remainder of my stay which was 100% improvement.
